INFORMATION FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.
In order to give our customers the least expensive method of shipping, all orders outside the U.S. will be shipped via either FedEx or USPS. Estimated delivery times will vary from Country to Country and may take between 7 days – 5 weeks depending on the country and their customs procedures.
We want our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities. We cannot predict how Customs will process international shipments nor can we refund payment for orders that have been opened or delayed in Customs.
You (the recipient) are responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, tax fees and any other charges that may be incurred by importing products into your country. Insulite Laboratories has no control over these charges. We recommend that you contact the shipping destination Customs office for further information.
