This is Your Voyage
When you start the Insulite System, you'll receive your customized health protocol in this format each week. We will be providing a great deal of important information here, however, we recognize that your life may be very busy. So to make this easier for you, we want to do two things.
First, each section will be broken down with a summary that we call: "The Short Version" which provides a concise summary of that week's information. This will be followed by
"The Whole Story" with more extensive information. So you can choose to read one, or both, depending on your schedule. We encourage you to read as much as possible since there really is a great deal of valuable information that we think can help you.
Secondly, we’ll focus on one topic or tool each week. All of the section called "My Health Tools" in the right-hand column of the home page, will remain there every week for you to reference. There's no need to worry about learning everything in your first week. Imagine you’re taking sailing lessons – new terminology, charts, navigation instructions, equipment functions, knots to tie, etc. It would be overwhelming to try and learn it all at once. Alternatively, lesson by lesson over the course of a few months, you can become knowledgeable in directing your course to better health.
Each of these tools has been designed so that you can personalize your schedule, notes, exercise, and food tracking guidelines with intention. Our neuroscience research shows that setting an intention at the beginning of the week and each day has a powerful effect on helping you accomplish your individual goals.
The "Have you come off the Program? No Problem" link at the bottom right of the home page provides vital information about how and why you can succeed where so many other approaches have failed. We use the sailing analogy throughout this protocol as a way to experience your voyage toward better health as one of adaptation and “course corrections” rather than mistakes and failure. A ship has a destination, but it’s constantly changing course to stay on track.
What you’ll Receive Each Week
In the lower center part your home page are three links which will provide you with new information each week.
The first link, "Your Nutrition Plan,", provides 52 weekly updates with wonderful new menu ideas and nutritional information to support you in your food choices.
The next link, "The Exercise Plan,", is a weekly guide with creative activity ideas, and a program for your specific fitness level.
The last link in the lower center portion of this page is "Your Motivation Plan" which features a blend of video and written information that will include guest speakers in the health field with interesting and motivational content.
